Hi Janelle,

We don't understand exactly what is the problem. The best is to contact us to the support@unyk.com and send us your error log.

- Open your apps
- Go to settings and log
- View log
- Keep your finger on the screen and release
- Select all and copy
- Paste to your I-phone webmail to send us the log

Thank you,

Adrien, from marketing service.

Ravi,

I have exactly the same problem with my Samsung Omnia (i900). I'm with Orange in the UK and it says I have 136 entries to sync and it crashes out at 63 everytime.

I have internet access
It is configured correctly
It starts the sync and tells me that it needs to perform a full sync (OK)
Sync count starts going xx/136
It hangs on 63 and then says (Waiting for server data...)
Then a pop up error... Unyk alert - Sync not completed. Network Error.

Help needed!!

Ravi,

If you confirm that:
- You have access to Internet with your phone
- You configured your phone properly

Could you please tell me what the error message says, who is your carrier, and in which country you are.

Thank you in advance,

Karine, dir. marketing

I have configured my mobile (Sony Ericsson p990i) to sync with my unyk account. However, it fails during the sync process. Why?
