    Ravi,

    If you confirm that:
    - You have access to Internet with your phone
    - You configured your phone properly

Could you please tell me what the error message says, who is your carrier, and in which country you are.

    Thank you in advance,

    Karine, dir. marketing

  4. Ravi,

I have exactly the same problem with my Samsung Omnia (i900). I’m with Orange in the UK and it says I have 136 entries to sync and it crashes out at 63 everytime.

    I have internet access
    It is configured correctly
It starts the sync and tells me that it needs to perform a full sync (OK)
    Sync count starts going xx/136
It hangs on 63 and then says (Waiting for server data…)
Then a pop up error… Unyk alert – Sync not completed. Network Error.

    Help needed!!

  5. Ravi, Paul,

The bugg is supposed to be fixed. Could you try again and tell us if it works well now?

Thank you very much for your feedback,

    Karine
